2. What data is processed
- Hosting logs: your IP address, browser and requested pages are processed by the hosting provider to deliver and secure the site (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Visit statistics: anonymous, cookieless page-view counts. No profiles are built and no cookies are set.
- Email: if you write to me, I use your message only to reply (Art. 6(1)(b)/(f) GDPR).
3. Cookies and local storage
No tracking or advertising cookies are used. Your privacy choice is stored in your browser's local storage (strictly necessary). Fonts are self-hosted.
4. Third-party content
To show blog previews and certification badges, your browser loads data from devbyte.space, rss2json.com and images.credly.com. These providers receive your IP address. Links to LinkedIn, Credly and my side projects are plain links; nothing is sent until you click them.
5. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to processing, and to data portability. You can lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic (dataprotection.gov.sk).
6. Retention
Emails are kept only as long as needed to handle your request. Hosting logs are kept for a short period by the provider.
